Abstract

|
Hemicrania continua (HC) is a type of trigeminal autonomic cephalgia (TAC) characterized by response to indomethacin . It is a primary headache and is accompanied by ipsilateral autonomic symptoms , so it is necessary to differentiate it from secondary headache . Here , we describe a 22-year -old woman with idiopathic orbital inflammation complaining of headache with ipsilateral orbital pain, eyelid edema , and conjunctival injection.
